“Very old hotel, unfortunately also the furnishings, as well as the mattresses and the very squeaky bed. Bad cleaning, mildew on the shower curtains and hair all over the place. The curtains do not darken perfectly, so in the morning light penetrates the window very early. The bedroom door does not isolate from the corridor, and all the noises and voices of other guests are heard. Finally, the price paid, which does not include breakfast, was very expensive. “The staff were excellent. Especially the front desk. Nice to have laundry available. Easy parking. Quiet neighborhood. Convenient to Sanford airport.”

“The TV didn’t work so they moved us to a different room. The bed a pillows were so horrible that neither my wife nor I got any sleep. We had reservations for two nights but couldn’t handle a second night in that bed. The staff was apologetic and offered to put us in a different room but we decided to just go home.”

“The lobby was overpowered with some type of air freshener smell. The hallways and room smelled old and stale. The air conditioner was loud, the bath tub faucet would not turn off and dripped constantly. There was a pillowcase on the bed that had not been changed from the last guest. There is one person at the check in desk that is rude and impersonal. The place is surrounded by many food and shopping options though, so that’s a plus.”

“The hotel is under renovations, but our room seemed to be unfinished still despite being rented. Overall comfortable and convenient for our purposes. Front desk was very helpful!”
